Employer Branding:
Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Represent LocalStack at industry events, conferences, and meetups to promote our company and opportunities.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics, growth plans, and hiring priorities.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
Data-driven Approach:
Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to improve the overall recruitment process.
Continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the technology or cloud services industry.
In-depth understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills.
Strong sourcing skills and experience with various recruiting tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure is a plus.
